The unfortunate truth is that organizations that need philanthropic support most are often the ones that don't have the resources or experience to help them attract it. In fundraising, you may have thought, the rich get richer. We felt it was time to do something about that.

Bustin Consulting was founded to provide fundraising guidance and support for organizations that want to expand and elevate their philanthropy programs but may not have the staffing or financial resources to reach their full potential.

Denis Bustin
Founder and Principal

Denis has over 35 years experience working with healthcare, academic and cultural organizations. He got his start writing grant proposals and a campaign feasibility study in grad school and went on to hold positions at Boston University, the Museum of Fine Arts, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Mount Auburn Hospital that provided him experience in campaign planning, principal and major gifts, annual giving, donor relations, prospect research, events, board relations, administration and management.

Ana Garduno Bustin
Co-Founder and
Manager

Ana has over 30 years experience in Development information systems and annual giving at Boston University. She is originally from Mexico and is fluent in Spanish.

Meghan Wilson
Co-Founder and Project Manager

Meghan has worked with organizations to identify and engage donors and volunteers, develop compelling case statements, and implement strategic fundraising plans. She has held positions at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard University, California State University at Fullerton, and Mount Auburn Hospital.
